Easy No Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Streusel Ice Cream is the perfect sweet treat for summer. Full of fresh strawberries, cream cheese and crunchy granola streusel clusters. Best of all, no ice cream maker required!
It’s National Ice Cream Day today and since ice cream is one of my favorite treats, I’m celebrating with my fellow #FoodHolidayBloggers with this No Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Granola Streusel Ice Cream.
It’s been super hot here lately and nothing screams summer more than a big bowl of ice cream.
It’s so easy to make and starts off with some heavy cream, softened cream cheese, strawberries, vanilla and some crunchy granola clusters.
The great thing about this is that you can totally add in your favorite strawberry preserves or jam and instead of the granola streusel, try adding your favorite sandwich cookie – like golden Oreos instead favorite granola recipe or any store-bought one if that’s easier.
Plus, since it’s no churn, you totally don’t need the stove or an ice cream maker!
The hardest part is just waiting for everything to freeze. Or trying to not to eat the entire pan in one sitting….gulp 😉
It’s rich and creamy smooth and the sweet swirls of strawberries are amazing with the crunchy granola clusters.
