If you’re worried whether they are too spicy, you can totally customize the amount of sriracha to your preference.

To get that extra crispy skin on the crock-pot version, I like to toss them under the broiler for a few minutes to seal in the flavor.

- make the glaze the day before and store in an airtight container in the fridge
