Spray a 9" round pan or cast iron skillet with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cover the rolls loosely with foil and allow to rise in a warm, draft-free place for another 20-40 minutes. (*You can also cover with plastic wrap and stick in the refrigerator overnight until ready to bake.)
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown. *If the rolls have been in the refrigerator, remove and leave out on room temperature about an hour before you plan to bake them to warm up.
Rolls are best enjoyed on the same day.
How to store:
Refrigeration: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
Reheating Perfection: To reheat, place a single roll in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or briefly warm in the oven for that fresh-baked taste.
Freezing Frosted Rolls: Freeze frosted rolls individually on a baking sheet before transferring to a freezer bag. Thaw and reheat when ready to enjoy.
Overnight Prep: Prepare the rolls the night before, refrigerate, and let them rise in the morning.
