  • 3-1/2 cups fresh cubed watermelon
  • 1-1/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 medium lemon


  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours, or until very solid.
  3. If using popsicle sticks, insert the sticks when the popsicles are partially frozen.

Recipe Notes

*I used in season fruit and these popsicles were sweet enough for our family. Depending on your taste, feel free to add some sweetener of your choice or a drizzle of melted chocolate if you like.
