This homemade Birthday Cake Ice Cream is the ultimate celebration of flavor that combines sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and a burst of sprinkles. This no churn ice cream is the perfect way to enjoy the taste of a birthday cake in every scoop without having to use an ice cream maker.

Ingredients

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • Oreo cookies , crumbled (gluten-free or regular)
  • Chocolate chips , (dairy-free or regular)

Instructions

  1. Using your hand mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Add the condensed milk and vanilla and whip until blended.

  2. Add the dry cake batter mix and continue whipping until combined and light and fluffy.

  3. Gently fold in half of the sprinkles reserving the other half.
  4. Pour into a freezer-safe container and add remaining sprinkles to the top. Cover and freeze for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.

**If you can't find the Flavor Fountain Cake Batter Emulsion substitute with 2 teaspoons of LorAnne Butter Vanilla Emulsion
