Air Fryer Bacon is the easiest way to make crispy and delicious bacon without the mess. Whether you're serving your bacon as a breakfast side, a sandwich ingredient or anything in between, the Air Fryer will cook it perfectly!
Arrange bacon in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket, making sure not to overlap. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your Air Fryer.
Set the Air Fryer to 375°F and cook for 5 minutes. Use tongs to flip the slices.
Cook again for another 4-6 minutes, depending on your preference.
Drain bacon grease between batches and use tongs to transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease. Bacon will crisp up as it cools.
How to store leftovers:
Leftover cooked bacon can be refrigerated for up to 1 week in an airtight container or resealable bag.
How to freeze:
Cooked bacon can be frozen for up to 3 months. Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer and place the pan in the freezer for 20 minutes. Transfer bacon to a large resealable bag or airtight container.
How to Reheat Leftover Bacon
Thaw it out in the fridge overnight before using/reheating. To reheat precooked bacon, cook on low in a skillet or air fry at 350 F for 2-3 minutes, or until warm.
