Instructions

  1. PREPARE BAKING SHEET: Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  2. CUT BANANAS: Peel bananas and slice into 1/4 inch thick coins.
  3. FILL BANANA SLICES WITH NUT BUTTER: Use a small knife, to spread 1/2-2/3 tsp. of various fillings on half of the banana slices.

  6. MAKE THE CHOCOLATE COATING: Once bananas are frozen, prepare the chocolate coating. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium bowl and microwave on medium-high in 30 second increments, stirring well in between or over a double boiler over the stove.
  7. DIP BANANA INTO CHOCOLATE: Remove baking sheet from freezer, and working quickly, hold each banana sandwich and dip half of it in the bowl of melted chocolate.
  8. SPRINKLE WITH TOPPINGS: Place back on baking sheet and sprinkle with various toppings.
  9. FREEZE again for 2 hours or until frozen solid again and enjoy. Store in freezer in an airtight container.
