Vegan Pizza

This easy Vegan Pizza is made with gluten-free pizza dough, classic tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella and plenty of fresh veggies! It's a healthy and delicious 15-minute dinner idea. Use our homemade gluten-free pizza crust recipe or your favorite store-bought.

Ingredients

  • 2 gluten-free pizza crusts You can use our homemade Vegan Pizza CrustCauliflower Pizza CrustBroccoli Pizza or Zucchini Pizza Crust recipe or use your favorite pizza crust recipe or store-bought pizza crust.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce , we like Rao's
  • 2 cups vegan mozzarella grated - we like Violife.
  • 1/2 red onion , sliced
  • 6 mushrooms , sliced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes , cut into halves
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 4 fresh basil leaves , for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  2. Spread pizza sauce over bases and top with vegan mozzarella and thinly sliced onions.

  3. Add the mushrooms, red onion and tomatoes to the pizzas.

    Place spinach in boiled water to wilt, then squeeze out excess water. Roughly chop and add to pizzas.

    Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and baked.

  4. Top with fresh basil and serve!
