Watermelon Popsicles

These Watermelon Popsicles are made with just 3 ingredients and are the perfect healthy frozen treat to cool down with on a hot day. An easy popsicle recipe made with simple ingredients that are naturally vegan, paleo, gluten free and dairy free.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups fresh cubed watermelon
  • 1 1/4 cups raspberries , fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

OPTIONAL:

  • liquid sweetener of your choice*

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours, or until very solid.
  3. If using popsicle sticks, insert the sticks when the popsicles are partially frozen.

Recipe Notes

*I used in season fruit and these popsicles were sweet enough for our family. Depending on your taste, feel free to add any liquid sweetener of choice: liquid monk fruit, maple syrup, sugar-free maple syrup, honey etc.
