This Honey Baked Ham combines succulent spiral-sliced ham with a rich glaze of honey, Dijon mustard and butter. It's easy to make and perfect for Christmas, Easter or any holiday gatherings!
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Prepare the glaze: Heat the butter and honey in a sauté pan over medium heat and bring to a low boil. Whisk in the mustard and garlic until smooth. Remove from heat.
Place the ham on a large oven-safe pan, with the cut side down. Brush the ham with the glaze covering all areas.
Tent ham loosely with tin foil and place into oven.
For an 8 lb ham, cook for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. (about 15 minutes per pound), or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. For a caramelized coating, turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Remove from oven and transfer onto a cutting board. Slice ham and serve with any leftover glaze.
Set the oven to broil and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized. Slice ham and serve.
