  • 1 delicata squash , washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil spray or avocado spray
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Trim the ends and slice the squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds using a spoon. Then slice into thin half moons.

  2. Lightly spray with oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder (or other seasonings of your choice.) Toss to coat.

  3. Place the squash in a single layer in the air fryer basked.

    Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes, shaking half-way through.

    Repeat with any remaining squash.
