Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking trays with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix coconut oil and coconut sugar using a fork until combined. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Add baking powder, almond flour, coconut flour and cinnamon until dough is combined. Fold in chocolate.
Using your hands, form tiny teaspoon-sized balls of dough. Place on the lined baking trays and press each one into a cookie shape. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden on the edges.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pans completely. Serve in bowls with milk or alone along with any other toppings.
Use refined coconut oil if you don't want a hint of coconut flavor in your cookies
