Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 cups unsweetened almond milk , We like unsweetened almond milk from Malk Organics. But you can also use full-fat canned coconut for an extra creamy texture or any dairy-free yogurt would be great.
  • 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries , if you want to use fresh berries, slice and freeze them beforehand or add 2/3 cups of ice and reduce the milk to 1 cup instead.
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter you can also sub with cashews, sliced almonds or any nut butter of you choice. Unsweetened shredded unsweetened coconut would be another delicious option.
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup , For low carb/keto, sub with yacon syrup, Lakanto sugar-free maple syrup or preferred liquid sweetener. Date syrup or 1 pittend Medjool date would work as well.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds , or ground flaxseeds. Optional for extra fiber.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
