Healthy Berry Smoothie

This super easy Berry Smoothie is jam-packed with berry goodness! It's made with frozen strawberries, raspberries, almond milk, coconut cream and more for a refreshing dairy-free delight to kick-start your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk, plus more as needed for desired consistency
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream , or dairy-free Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries , or frozen. Adds a touch of sweetness, omit if preferred
  • 2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut , can sub with ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, or plant-based protein powder.
  • 1 tsp chia seeds , can sub with ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, or plant-based protein powder.
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or preferred sticky liquid sweetener omit for Whole30
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth or until your desired consistency is reached.

  3. Add more milk, 1-2 teaspoons at a time, blending after each addition, only as needed to bring the smoothie to your ideal consistency.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy!
