Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Whole30 compliant mayonnaise we like Primal Kitchen or Chosen Foods. Homemade mayo is also great. Use vegan mayo to keep this recipe plant-based.
  • 3 tbsp ghee or sub with vegan butter, or refined coconut oil to keep this dairy-free and vegan.
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl (or a food processor or high-powered blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec). Whisk or blend until very smooth and combined.

  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar or container.

Recipe Notes

  • To Store: Refrigerate in a sealed jar or airtight container for up to 1 week. Shake or stir well before using
  • To Freeze: Store in an airtight freezer bag with extra space to allow for expansion. Enjoy within 5-6 months after thawing in the fridge and mixing well
