These Strawberry Donuts are soft, fluffy and made with almond flour, strawberries and topped with a sweet dairy-free strawberry buttercream

Strawberries
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla and sweetener, until smooth and combined.
INSTRUCTIONS
Add baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sift almond flour & coconut flour into the bowl. Fold in chopped strawberries.
Spoon the donut batter into the donut pan, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 17-21 minutes; at 350 degrees.
Allow to cool; for at least 30 minutes before topping with buttercream.
BAKE
Blend freeze-dried strawberries until they are powder.
BUTTERCREAM
Add butter & maple syrup; blend on high until creamy & smooth.
Frost the donuts; then garnish with chopped grain-free cookies if desired.
