Oven-Baked Chicken Breasts
are seasoned to perfection with garlic powder, paprika, parsley and thyme in this classic main course! It’s an easy and healthy family dinner that never gets old.
Chicken Breast | Water | Salt Avocado Oil | Garlic Powder Paprika | Pepper | Parsley Thyme
Pat the chicken dry on both sides. In a large bowl stir together warm water and salt. Place the chicken in the water, cover and refigerate for 1 hour.
Pat dry again. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley and thyme. Toss to coat evenly and let rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425˚. Arrange the chicken in a oiled baking dish in an even layer. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Transfer to a plate or cutting board. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve roasted broccoli or asparagus.
