Cake flax eggs maple syrup/alternative coconut sugar/alternative almond & coconut flours leavening spices grated carrots nuts and rasins Frosting Dairy free cream cheese maple syrup/alternative coconut oil vanilla
Make the flax eggs & whisk in sweetener, oil and vanilla.
Stir in the flours, leavening, spices and salt. Then add carrots and raisins.
Bake until set
Top with cream cheese frosting!
