Cashew chicken recipe

This easy Cashew Chicken stir fry is a wholesome lunch or dinner that’s easy to make in advance. Tender chunks of chicken are covered in a flavorful sesame garlic sauce, stir-fried with succulent veggies and crunchy cashews, then served over rice or noodles.

Coconut Aminos | Fish Sauce  Apple Cider Vinegar | Honey Sesame Oil | Cornstarch  Ginger | Garlic Cloves | Water Chicken Breasts | Salt | Pepper Oil | Broccoli | Red Bell Pepper Unsalted Cashews | Chili Flakes

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, cornstarch, and sauce. Add oil to a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes.

Toss in the broccoli and peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the remaining sauce and add cashews. Season if needed.

Remove from heat and serve warm over zoodles, rice, quinoa, or noodles. Serve and Enjoy!
