CINNAMON DONUT HOLES
These Cinnamon Donut Holes are soft, light, melt-in-your mouth delicious and easy to make with a sweet cinnamon sugar coating.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Flaxseeds
Coconut Oil
Vanilla Extract
Maple Sugar
Baking Powder
Almond Flour
Coconut Flour
Cinnamon
Coconut Sugar
Fine Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the flax egg; by combining flaxseeds and water.
Cream the coconut oil; & maple sugar together
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Roll dough into balls; then place on a baking sheet with parchment paper
FOR NO BAKE
Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Or..
OVEN
Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes or...
AIR FRYER
Air Fry at 315F for 6-7 minutes.
TO SERVE
Roll each donut hole; in coconut oil then in a cinnamon sugar mixture
Drizzle on icing; by whisking coconut butter and maple syrup.
