Green goddess salad

This healthy Green Goddess Salad is loaded with fresh vegetables and tossed with a flavorful garlic herb dressing! It’s a simple side dish that’s guaranteed to satisfy. Naturally vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, dairy-free and Whole30 compliant.

Cabbage | Kale | Cucumber | Green Onions | Chives |  Baby Spinach | Avocado | Parsley | Pepper |  Lemon Juice | Olive Oil | Apple Cider Vinegar | Basil | Cilantro | Dill | Garlic | Shallot | Sea Salt

KEY INGREDIENTS

CHOP

Chop cabbage, kale, cucumbers, chives, and green onions and add to a large bowl with baby spinach.

PREPARE

Remove the skin and pit from the avocado and cut into chunks. Add to the bowl.

Add dressing ingredients to a food processor or blender.  Blend until smooth.

DRESSING

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Garnish with parsley and pepper.  Serve and Enjoy!
