HONEY BAKED HAM
This Honey Baked Ham is so easy to make in the oven with a spiral cut ham, honey, Dijon mustard and ghee. This easy paleo ham recipe is made with a 4 ingredient glaze that’s perfect for Easter or holiday gatherings! Gluten-free, paleo with dairy-free, Whole30 and keto options.
- Spiral Sliced Ham - Butter - Dijon Mustard - Honey - Garlic
Preheat oven to 325°. Prepare the glaze by bring butter and honey to a boil. Whisk in the mustard and garlic until smooth. Remove from heat.
Place ham on large oven safe pan, with cut side down. Brush the ham with the glaze. Tent ham loosely with foil and place in oven. Cook until internal temperature reaches 140°.
For a caramelized coating, broil for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board. Slice and serve with any leftover glaze.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Make with vegan butter to make dairy-free. Substitute a liquid sweetener like sugar-free maple syrup for the honey to make Keto, or omit altogether for Whole30.
