Whisk all the vinaigrette ingredients together in a bowl, or shake in a jar.
For the salad, chop the lettuce, dice the cucumber, red pepper, halve the cherry tomatoes and add to a large bowl. Peel and slice the onion and avocado.
Add the parsley, drained chickpeas and feta to the salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the salad with the desired amount of vinaigrette and toss until evenly combined. Serve immediately.
