KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and saute chicken until cooked through about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Add remaining oil to the same pan you used for the chicken. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are crisp and tender. Combine ingredients for the sauce and stir into the pan with the chicken and vegetables.

Garnish with cashews, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve hot over zucchini noodles  or cauliflower rice.
