Veggie Taco Bowls
have all the delicious flavors you love about tacos served in a bowl. They are easy to customize and loaded with seasoned tofu, fresh tomato salsa and served with cauliflower rice and avocado.
Avocado Oil | Extra Firm Tofu Chili Powder | Smoked Paprika Ground Cumin | Garlic Powder Dried Oregano | Salt
Diced Tomatoes | Red Onion | Lime Salt and Pepper
Corn Kernels | Cauliflower Rice Avocado | Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add tofu and cook for 4-5 minutes. Season with spices and sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Transfer tofu to a plate.
Wipe down pan then add corn. Cook until charred. Meanwhile make salsa by combining ingredients to a bowl and mixing.
Assemble the bowls by adding cauliflower rice, crumbled tofu, corn, avocado, and lettuce.
Add your favorite toppings, like vegan sour cream, salsa, fresh cilantro, or sliced jalapeno.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
