In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the oats, flax-seeds and stir until evenly coated. Fold in the pecans and pumpkin seeds.
Spread mixture evenly onto baking pan and press the granola down with the back of a wooden spoon or spatula to flatten it out to stick together. That will help create the clumps to make crunchy clusters.
