Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with foil (makes for easier clean-up).
If using, place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet, otherwise place a large parchment paper on top of the foil.
Arrange bacon in a single layer onto wire rack or lined baking sheet, making sure not to overlap.
