WALNUT FILLING
Medium Salsa, or Enchilada Sauce
VEGAN TACO FILLING
Add walnuts to a large skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cauliflower rice, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper & salsa. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Cook the cauliflower rice; until soft. Shred lettuce & slice avocado.
CAULIFLOWER RICE
Add lettuce & cauliflower rice; avocado, pico de gallo, cucumbers, pickled radish and walnut filling.
BUILD YOUR BOWL
Top with fresh cilantro, jalapenos, chili flakes & serve with lime wedges.
