CAULIFLOWERWINGS

These Cauliflower Wings easy to make and a healthier low carb alternative to the classic Buffalo Wings! Made with crispy baked cauliflower and a delicious vegan buffalo sauce, this is the perfect healthy side, snack or appetizer for game day!

KEY INGREDIENTS

- Almond Flour - Almond Milk - Onion Salt - Paprika - Garlic Powder - Cauliflower Florets - Buffalo Sauce - Vegan Butter

CAULIFLOWER

Remove the stem, and cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.  Preheat oven to 450° and line a baking dish with parchment paper. 

BATTER

Combine almond flour, almond milk, onion salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and mix until smooth.  Add cauliflower florets to batter and toss to coat. Then place in a single layer on a baking sheet.

SAUCE

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.  Meanwhile, mix the hot sauce and melted vegan butter in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat.  Bake again for an additional 10 minutes.

STORE

These are best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
