Almond Flour | Baking Powder Baking Soda | Sea Salt | Vegan Butter Coconut Sugar | Vanilla Extract Cashew Butter | Coconut Flakes Sliced Almonds | Flax Eggs Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips Water | Flax Seeds | M&Ms
Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the coconut and almonds. In another bowl whisk together the butter and coconut sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla, cashew butter, and egg. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients then add white chocolate chips and M&Ms.
Allow dough to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Using a large cookie scoop, measure and roll 2-1/2 tablespoon size cookie dough balls. Place about 8 balls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 9-12 minutes. Top with some more M&Ms and chocolate chips. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
