Asian cabbage salad

This crunchy Asian Cabbage Salad makes the perfect light and refreshing salad for spring and summer potlucks, barbecues and parties. 

Cabbage | Red Bell Pepper Carrots | Edamame Green Onions | Cilantro Almonds | Cashews Sesame Seeds |  Mandarin Oranges Rice Vinegar | Maple Sugar Coconut Aminos | Sesame Oil Nut Butter | Ginger

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

Prepare the cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, green onion and cilantro by chopping and shredding them. Place in a large bowl and add edamame.

In a medium bowl or jar, whisk or shake together the dressing ingredients.

Pour half of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Add more if needed.

Add the almonds, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges, more green onion, and cilantro.  Chill for 20-30 minutes for best results before serving.
