ASIAN Cauliflower Wings

These Asian Cauliflower Wings are crispy, delicious and easy to make in the oven or air fryer. Made with cauliflower florets and coated in a sticky Asian-inspired sauce.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower | Olive Oil Almond Flour | Garlic Powder Ginger Powder | Red Chili Powder Salt & Black Pepper

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

Coconut Aminos | Maple Syrup Hot Sauce or Sriracha Toasted Sesame Oil | Ginger Garlic Clove

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces then drizzle with oil. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, garlic, ginger, chili, salt and pepper.

Add cauliflower to the bowl and mix well. Alternatively add all the ingredients to a large resealable bag and shake well until all the cauliflower is evenly coated.

Oven Method

Place florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.

GARNISH AND SERVE

Mix the sauce ingredients together. Once out of the oven, dip each wing into the sauce. Bake for 5 minutes then serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds, chopped scallions and a small bowl of tamari.
