Avocado salmon

This Avocado Salmon is tender baked or air fryer salmon fillets topped with a fresh and flavorful avocado salsa makes the perfect easy and nutritious weeknight meal!

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Chill for 30 minutes.

Make the salsa by chopping the avocado, tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Add to a bowl with lime juice and salt.  Chill until ready to serve.

Use either the air fryer method or the oven method to cook the salmon. For the air fryer, preheat to 380˚. Cook for 11-12 minutes until the salmon is done.

For the oven, preheat to 400˚. Cook for 7-9 minutes. When salmon starts to flake, turn on broil for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Top with salsa and serve!
