Baked Brie with Balsamic Strawberries
is an easy and delicious appetizer, side or snack that comes together with a handful of ingredients. This easy side can be made ahead with fresh strawberries, balsamic vinegar, basil and dairy-free brie.
Strawberries Balsamic Vinegar Maple Syrup | Sea Salt Pepper | Vegan Brie Cheese | Basil | Mint | Pecans Crostini | Crackers
Preheat the oven to 375˚ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice berries into halves or quarters.
Combine maple syrup and balsamic vinegar and whisk over medium heat. Stir in strawberries. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cool. Or chill in the refrigerator.
Place brie on a rimmed baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake until softened. Allow to cool before transferring to a larger platter.
Top the warmed brie with strawberries and garnish with basil, mint, and pecans. Serve with crackers and crostini.
