BLUEBERRY BAKED OATS
Fancy a breakfast that tastes like cake? These Blueberry Baked Oats are soft, fluffy and easy to make with oat flour, maple syrup and fresh juicy blueberries.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Gluten Free Oat Flour
Protein Powder
Vanilla Extract
Pure Maple Sugar
Baking Powder
Almond Milk
Fine Sea Salt
Cinnamon
Blueberries
Fine Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the oat flour, protein powder; (or ground flaxseeds), maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, almond milk & baking powder.
Transfer to an oven safe ramekin; top with blueberries.
Optional topping; mix coconut sugar + cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the oats along with chopped nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 19-21 minutes or Microwave on high for 3 minutes

Churro; Add some date butter, coconut sugar & extra cinnamon.
Peanut Butter & Jelly; Add creamy peanut butter & your favorite jam.
Grian Free; Use almond flour instead of oat flour.
