- Crushed Almonds - Shredded Coconut

- Crushed Pistachios - Dried Cranberries

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking pan with foil, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange crackers of your choice above in a single layer on the bottom of the prepared pan. Break the crackers if necessary to fit around the edges.
Bring butter and coconut sugar to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour evenly over crackers and spread out with a spatula. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips, then return to the oven for another 90 seconds.
Try topping with almonds and shredded coconut for an Almond Joy version. Crushed pistachios and dried cranberries make a tangy Pistachio Cranberry version.
