CLASSIC HOMEMADE BEEF STEW

Made with tender fall apart beef & hearty vegetables, this classic beef stew is the ultimate comfort meal while sneaking in extra veggies. 

KEY INGREDIENTS

Beef chuck roast

Onion

Sweet potato

Yukon potatoes

Carrots

Garlic

Beef broth

Celery

In a zip-top bag, add flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and seasoning. Add meat and shake until well coated.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add meat to pot & sear for 2-3 minutes. Remove & set aside.

Add onions and garlic then wine or balsamic vinegar. Stir in tomato paste before adding beef back to the pan.

Add the beef back to the pan then toss in the potatoes, carrots, celery, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf and stir in the beef broth.

Bring to the boil, then cover & simmer for 55 minutes to 2 hours. Serve hot with fresh parsley.
