CLASSIC HOMEMADE  BEEF STEW

Made with tender fall apart beef & hearty vegetables, this classic beef stew is the ultimate comfort meal while sneaking in extra veggies.

KEY INGREDIENTS

For Seasoning the Meat Flour | Sea Salt Black Pepper | Onion Powder Italian Seasoning Beef Chuck Roast

For the Stew Onion | Garlic | Red Wine Tomato Paste | Yukon Potatoes Sweet Potato | Carrots | Celery Italian Seasoning | Bay Leaf Beef Broth | Cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

In a zip-top bag, add flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and seasoning. Add meat and shake until well coated.

Add meat to pot & sear for 2-3 minutes.  Remove & set aside.

SAUTÉ

Add more oil, then add onions and garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 1 minute.  Add wine, stir in tomato paste, then add meat back in.

SIMMER

Add remaining ingredients and stir in broth.  Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 55 minutes - 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

GARNISH AND SERVE

Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.   Serve hot and enjoy!
