Mango salsa salmon

This Mango Salsa Salmon is tender baked or air fryer salmon fillets topped with a fresh and flavorful mango salsa. This healthy summery dinner takes about 20 minutes to make and is the perfect easy and nutritious weeknight meal!

INSTRUCTIONS 

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with oil and coconut aminos. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder. Rub it into the fillets and chill for 30 minutes.

Make the salsa by chopping the mango, avocado, bell pepper, onion and cilantro. Add to a bowl along with lime juice and salt. Use a fork to combine. Chill in the fridge until it is ready to serve.

For the air fryer method, preheat your air fryer to 380˚. Place the salmon in the basket and cook for 11-12 minutes. Transfer to a plate and top with mango salsa.

For the oven method, preheat your oven to 400˚ and line a baking sheet with parchment. Once the oven is ready, cook for 7-9 minutes. Broil for 1- 1 1/2 minutes.
