This Grilled Salmon recipe gives you the most tender, flaky salmon imaginable and infuses your fish with the bright, summery flavors of lime and garlic. It is sure to have everyone at the BBQ lining up for seconds!
Salmon Fillets | Ghee | Garlic Avocado Oil | Soy Sauce | Paprika Limes | Cilantro | Salt & Pepper
In a small bowl whisk together the melted ghee, avocado oil, paprika, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice and zest. Reserve some of the sauce to brush on the salmon once finished cooking.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then marinate in sauce for at least 30 minutes. Brush your grill grates with oil. Place the salmon fillets on the grill diagonally and grill with the lid closed for 2-4 minutes.
