RASPBERRY PROTEIN BALLS

These Raspberry Protein Balls are made with healthy dates, crunchy nuts, freeze-dried raspberries and packed with flavor, protein and nutrition. In just 10 minutes, you can whip them up for an easy grab-and-go breakfast or pre-workout snack!

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Add cashews, almonds, coconut flakes, dates, nut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to food processor.  Process ingredients until a sticky dough forms.

FOLD

Transfer dough to a large bowl and fold in raspberries and chocolate chips and mix to combine.

ROLL

Roll dough into 1" balls, press a few more raspberries and chocolate chips into each ball.

Store in a resealable bag or airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
