VEGAN CAESAR DRESSING

This Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing is cool, creamy and will coat all your salads with tons of crave-worthy flavor! Gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, paleo, low carb and Whole30 compliant.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Drippy Tahini Capers Caper Juice Lemon Juice Dijon Mustard Worcestershire  Garlic Olive Oil

pUREE

In a small food processor or a high-speed blender, add all the dressing ingredients and puree until creamy and smooth.

ADD & BLEND

Add olive oil or filtered water, only as needed. Then blend again until smooth.

FLAVOR TO TASTE

Adjust any seasoning to taste, then transfer to a resealable jar and chill in the fridge until ready to use.

HOW TO STORE

Store in an airtight container or a resealable jar in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to 1 week! Don't forget to shake it up before using it so all the ingredients are well incorporated.
