VEGAN PIZZA CRUST

This vegan pizza crust is delicious made without eggs, yeast or flour. It is gluten free, dairy free, paleo & vegan.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Almond flour

Tapioca starch

Baking powder

Ground flax seeds

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning blend

Apple cider vinegar

BASE

TOPPINGS

Pizza sauce

Mozzarella

Red Onion

Mushrooms

Tomatoes

Baby Spinach

Basil Leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix flax seeds with water; set aside until jelly like.

Whisk together the almond flour, tapioca flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, onion power, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt until combined.

Stir in olive oil, vinegar & flax eggs; to create dough.

Sprinkle some tapioca flour on a pan & use your hands to shape into a flat circle, about 1/4 - 1/3 inch thick, roughly 8 - 10 inches in diameter.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

Remove pizza crust from oven. Turn to 450F. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Top with your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes.

 Top with fresh basil & serve!
