Vegan Sugar Cookies

These Vegan Sugar Cookies are absolutely delicious, easy to make and only require 3 main ingredients with no mixer. Plus, the dough is a dream to roll out and is also gluten-free, grain-free and refined sugar free.

Almond Flour Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract Almond Extract Sea Salt



Mix together the flour, sweetener, vanilla, extract almond extract, and salt until a dough begins to form. Afterwards, knead it into a large dough ball. Wrap the dough in plastic and freeze for 15 minutes.

Remove dough from fridge and roll into 1/4″ thickness in between two large pieces of parchment paper.

Use cookie cutters to cut into shapes – carefully lift and place cookies onto lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cookies are just slightly golden on the bottom. Decorate with frosting, powdered sugar, sprinkles or enjoy as is.
