Seedless Watermelon Pure Maple Syrup Lime Juice

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

In a food processor or blender, add the watermelon, maple syrup and optional lime. Blend until smooth and combined.

Taste and add more sweetener, depending on preference.

Transfer to a rectangle loaf pan and smooth into an even layer. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight, until frozen.

Allow to soften at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, before scooping. Serve and Enjoy!
