Summer  rolls

These healthy Summer Rolls are made with sweet and spicy strips of tofu that are wrapped in rice paper along with fresh veggies and herbs! Paired with a simple peanut sauce, you’ll have them on the table in 30 minutes or less.

Extra Firm Tofu Coconut Aminos | Maple Syrup Rice Paper Wrappers Yellow Bell Pepper | Carrot  Red Cabbage | Avocado Romaine Lettuce  | Herbs  Peanut Butter | Sesame Oil  Lime Juice | Water  Red Pepper Flakes

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

Heat up oil in a frying pan. Cut tofu into strips. Fry until golden. Add the coconut aminos, maple syrup, red pepper chili flakes and fry until crispy.

Submerge rice paper into water for 10 seconds. Add a few pieces of carrot, pepper, one or two slices of tofu, handful of cabbage, avocado, lettuce leaf, and fresh herbs. Carefully tuck one end of the wrapper under the filling, tuck both ends in and roll.

Add all peanut sauce ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk until creamy.

Serve with spring rolls and enjoy!
