This Strawberry Chocolate Granola is full of wholesome oats, maple syrup and is exploding with flavor from a timeless combination: chocolate and strawberries. It’s an easy breakfast or snack recipe to make, and so much better than the granola you find in the store.

Line a baking sheet with parchment and preheat your oven to 300°F. In a bowl mix together the oats, coconut, almonds, coconut sugar, and salt. In another bowl whisk together the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Combine with the oat mixture.
Spread the granola onto the baking sheet and pat down flat. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes while rotating the pan halfway through.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely. Break the granola into crumbles and stir in the chocolate chips and freeze-dried strawberries.
Serve with yogurt, fresh strawberries, and other fruits. Enjoy!
