BBQ CAULIFLOWER WINGS

GLUTEN-FREE | KETO | VEGAN | PALEO

These BBQ Cauliflower Wings are crispy, delicious and easy to make in the oven or air fryer. Made with crispy cauliflower and coated in a Whole30 barbecue sauce.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Superfine Almond Flour

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Paprika

Onion Salt

Garlic Powder

Cauliflower

No Sugar-Added BBQ sauce

Vegan Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

Make the batter; by mixing almond flour, almond milk, onion salt, garlic powder & paprika.

Add florets to the mix; toss to coat

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

OVEN METHOD

Place florets on a prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. 

Mix BBQ sauce + Vegan butter. Pour over then return to oven for 10 minutes.

Add to air fryer basket in a single layer.

AIR FRYER

Air Fry at 375 for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.

Mix BBQ sauce + Vegan butter. Pour over then return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with crunchy vegetables like celery, cucumber spears or carrot sticks along with vegan ranch dressing or blue cheese dip.
