BEEF LO MEIN NOODLES

This Beef Lo Mein has all of those amazing restaurant takeout flavors and is ready in under 30 minutes. The best part is how easy it is to customize! You can swap out the beef for your favorite protein or leave it out entirely for a meatless dish.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Lo Mein Noodles Flank Steak Salt and Black Pepper Cornstarch Cooking Oil  Broccoli Ginger Garlic

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

Soy Sauce Oyster Flavored Sauce Rice Wine Mirin Honey  Sesame Oil Corn Starch Water  Fish Sauce Thai Chili Garlic

PREPARE & HEAT

Prepare noodles according to package directions. Whisk ingredients for the sauce. Heat a skillet or wok over high heat, for about 2 minutes.

COOK THE MEAT

Add the beef to the smoking pan and brown the meat. Quickly transfer beef to a serving plate and set aside.

GARNISH AND SERVE

Toss in the broccoli & sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add ginger and garlic then add in the seared beef. Pour in the sauce and stir. Quickly stir in the noodles and toss everything together to coat well.
