Blueberry baked oatmeal

This Blueberry Baked Oatmeal is studded with sweet blueberries and packed with nutrients, a wholesome breakfast casserole that will keep you energized for hours! It's easy to make and perfect for meal prep. 

Eggs | Unsweetened Applesauce Maple Syrup | Almond Milk  Vanilla Extract | Baking Powder  Ground Cinnamon  Old Fashioned Oats | Flax Seeds  Shredded Coconuts | Blueberries

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

Preheat oven to 350 Grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk until combined. Add baking powder, cinnamon and flax seeds.

Stir in oats, shredded coconut and blueberries.  Spread the batter evenly in a casserole dish. Top with more blueberries.

Bake in a preheated oven until it is just set and no longer jiggly. About 30-35 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Top with desired ingredients.  Serve and Enjoy!
